5.1 Quality and standards policy

A paper updating the board on phase two of the consultation on proposals for the future regulation of quality and standards.

Exempt from publication – policy in development. Our latest publication on our approach to regulating quality and standards in higher education is available. We published the analysis from the phase one consultation in July 2021.

6.1 Funding update

An update to the board on the outcomes of the consultations on recurrent and capital funding and an overview of the proposed approach for reviewing targeted funding for specialist providers.

7.1 Annual review of equality objectives and action plan
