About this guide
This guide summarises what universities and colleges registered with the OfS should do to prevent and address harassment and sexual misconduct.
We have published further details of our requirements in a new condition of registration with accompanying technical guidance.
This condition of registration will come into force on 1 August 2025.
From 1 September 2024 non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) will be banned where they cover allegations of harassment or sexual misconduct.
