Summary
Proposed consequential amendments to the regulatory framework to ensure that it reflects the OfS’s regulation of students’ unions.
- We are proposing to make minor and consequential amendments to the regulatory framework to reflect our new regulatory role in relation to relevant students’ unions. Our proposed amendments are set out in Annex C.
- The amendments that we are proposing refer to our new regulatory role in relation to relevant students’ unions.
