How to appeal
If you are unhappy with our response to your information request then you have the right in some circumstances to appeal.
If you are uncertain about your rights, please read the advice from the Information Commissioner to understand how to make a request and when your request may be refused:
- Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations
- Data Protection Act
- Re-Use of Public Sector Information Regulations
In our response to your request we will explain how to appeal but as a minimum we will need to receive your complaint in writing (email is fine) and for you to explain why you are unhappy with our response.
