Copyright and re-use of information

The copyright for all text, page layout, data, reports, and publications is owned by the Office for Students (OfS) unless otherwise stated.

All content owned by the OfS is available for re-use under the terms of the Open Government Licence (OGL). If you wish to re-use OfS information for a purpose not covered by OGL, or have a query about re-use, please email [email protected].

If you re-use any of the content owned by the OfS you must acknowledge the source.

Where content is owned by a third party, you will need to contact the owner to obtain a licence for re-use.

Images

In most cases images are sourced externally to the OfS and the copyright owned by third parties. The OfS does not grant the use of images for re-use.

Use of logos

Use of any of the OfS’s logos without our consent infringes the copyright held in respect of the logos. No permission will be granted for the use of the logos nor will reproduction of the logos in any form be allowed unless the OfS expressly approves the use of the logo. The OfS website uses the typeface Gotham, designed by Tobias Frere-Jones.
