Frequently asked questions
Usually, no. Only if the student was initially charged an incorrect fee, resulting in a refund. The correct value of GROSSFEE and NETFEE should be returned as soon as the error is noticed. GROSSFEE and NETFEE should not be reduced to reflect refunds of fees for students who withdraw, for example.
Remember that if a student has a student support number (SSN) then it is sufficient to return that and not GROSSFEE and NETFEE.
