Data dashboard

The student outcomes data dashboard shows measures of continuation, completion and progression outcomes for individual providers and is used to inform our regulation of condition B3.

For help using this dashboard, please see the dashboard user guide or use the 'help guide' button in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard. You can also use the ‘show help icons’ button in the top-right corner of the dashboard to overlay the dashboard with help bubbles which describe the key elements of the dashboard.

Student outcomes for subcontractual partnerships

Explore student outcomes for providers involved in large partnership arrangements with our new pilot data dashboard

There was a data quality issue in the 6 August 2025 version of our data model, which affects the below student outcomes dashboard.

The access and participation dashboard (updated on 9 October 2025) uses a later version of the data model, where this issue has been resolved.

This means there are currently minor differences in some indicator values between the published student outcomes dashboard and the access and participation dashboard. Any policy or regulatory decisions will be based on the corrected indicator values.

12 November 2025: Added note about a minor data quality issue in the 6 August 2025 version of our data model, which affects the current dashboard.
06 August 2025: Updated with annual release of data
29 July 2025: Added a notification that the annual update of this dashboard has been rescheduled for 6 August 2025.
31 July 2024: We removed the total for all OfS registered providers from the ‘taught’ and ‘partnership’ views. These previously showed the same figures as the ‘taught or registered’ data for all OfS registered providers. We also resolved an issue that caused the excel workbooks to be empty for a small number of providers.
25 July 2024: Updated with annual release of data
06 July 2023: Updated progression indicators in the data dashboard to incorporate information for graduates in the 2020-21 academic year
12 April 2023: Updated with annual release of data
