Prevent and address harassment and sexual misconduct
Resources for higher education providers
Here are some reports and resources that providers may find useful in developing their approaches to tackling harassment and sexual misconduct.
Please note that these were produced before we developed and implemented our condition of registration. Providers should use the condition and accompanying guidance to make sure they understand our regulatory requirements.
Many of the projects from the Catalyst Student Safeguarding Programme have produced valuable resources, which universities and colleges may find useful in developing their own approaches to addressing harassment and sexual misconduct.
These resources may inform policy development, but may not be sufficient to meet the requirements in the condition or when considered in the context of a university or college’s free speech obligations.
These resources include training materials, guidance and reporting and supporting tools. See the full list of resources.
