Regulating harassment and sexual misconduct: webinars

We are running webinars to give universities and colleges, students and students’ unions the opportunity to discuss our new regulation to tackle harassment and sexual misconduct in higher education.

Regulating harassment and sexual misconduct: webinars

At the webinars, we will be discussing our new condition of registration and its requirements, as well as the implementation and how students can inform their university or college’s approach and policies to tackle harassment and sexual misconduct.

At the webinars, we’ll be discussing:

  • the single source of information universities and colleges will need to produce and promote that sets out their policies for addressing harassment and sexual misconduct, and report handling processes
  • the necessary steps universities and colleges will need to take before the main requirements come into force on 1 August 2025
  • the importance of universities and colleges engaging with their student cohort and student representatives as they develop their processes.

These webinars are an opportunity for you to ask questions about the condition, and you can submit questions in advance for the panel through the registration link.
