These two events aim to provide information about our consultation on the inclusion of higher technical qualifications in Office for Students’ student outcome measures.
Please note, our original event on Friday 6 October 2023 is fully booked. But we are now offering a second event on 17 October 2023.
The consultation sets out our proposal to separate higher technical qualifications (HTQs) from other Level 4 and 5 qualifications in our student outcomes measures.
This would make it possible to understand the student outcomes that individual institutions deliver for students studying on HTQs.
Who should attend
The events are for anyone with an interest in higher technical qualifications and student outcome measures.
This includes staff at higher education providers and those from other interested organisations.
What they will cover
At the roundtables we will give an overview of the consultation and what we are proposing, as well as inviting you to share your views and ask questions.

We are holding two events on the following dates:
- Friday 6 October 2023, 1400 to 1500 (fully booked)
- Tuesday 17 October 2023, 1030 to 1130 (places available)
