Applied Business Academy

The investigation will consider whether Applied Business Academy has complied with the general ongoing conditions of registration. This includes whether:

• it has complied with the OfS’s requirements relating to provision of information to the OfS and to its designated data body
• it has effective management and governance arrangements in place.

The opening of the investigation means that the OfS has identified potential concerns that require further scrutiny. The decision to open an investigation does not mean that any form of non-compliance or wrong-doing has taken place.
