Brit College Limited

The investigation is initially focused on the Diploma in Education and Training course provided until recently by Brit College. It will consider whether Brit College Limited has complied with the general ongoing conditions of registration, including whether:  

• it has complied with the OfS's B conditions of registration - relating to the quality of academic provision 
• it has complied with the OfS’s E conditions - having effective management and governance arrangements in place
• it has complied with the OfS’s F conditions - requirements relating to provision of information to the OfS and to its designated data body. 

The opening of the investigation means that the OfS has identified potential concerns that require further scrutiny. The decision to open an investigation does not mean that any form of non-compliance or wrong-doing has taken place.
