There is substantial coverage of our consultation on plans to regulate harassment and sexual misconduct in higher education, which was published today.
We have announced a range of proposals on how we plan to regulate harassment and sexual misconduct in English higher education, including greater support for victims, mandatory training for students and staff and the banning on non-disclosure agreements in cases relating to harassment and sexual misconduct.
