There has been significant coverage of the OfS’s new condition to address harassment and sexual misconduct.
On 31 July 2024, the OfS announced that it would bring in new requirements for universities to protect students from harassment and sexual misconduct, as a survey also published by the OfS found that 20 per cent of students polled have experienced unwanted sexual behaviour.
