There has been significant coverage of the OfS’s launch of two consultations on free speech.
We have opened a consultation on a new complaints scheme that students, higher education staff and visiting speakers can use for free to complain about restrictions to their free speech; and another consultation on how we will play a direct role in regulating students’ unions on free speech matters for the first time.
