There has been widespread coverage of the OfS’s new Insight brief which examines the risks associated with subcontractual partnerships.
Following a significant increase in the number of students taught through subcontractual partnerships in England, on Tuesday 3 September the OfS published an Insight brief on the current status of these arrangements, and what providers need to do to ensure effective management and to protect public funding.
