Capital funding announcement for financial year 2021-22

This document provides an overview of the process and outcomes for the distribution of capital grant by the Office for Students (OfS) for the financial year (April to March) 2021-22. It follows the consultation on our approach that we held during March and April 2021, the outcomes of which were reported in July 2021.  

The document summarises the allocations we have made to each provider, both through a small formula allocation totalling £7.4 million (first announced in July 2021) and in response to bids. We have distributed £128 million between 100 providers through the bidding exercise launched in Capital funding for financial year 2021-22: Allocations and invitation to bid.
