General ongoing condition A1: Provisional decision to approve an access and participation plan

These letters give information on the roll-over of initial approval of access and participation plans to cover the academic year 2021-22.

Each provider will have received one of three letters:

• To providers whose initial approval letter indicated that approval would be rolled over for a period greater than two years (see Annex A)
• To providers whose initial approval letter indicated that approval would be rolled over for a period greater than two years, but they have an application to vary their plan in progress (see Annex B)
• To providers where a new access and participation plan is required for the academic year 2022-23 (see Annex C).
