Consultation on quality and standards conditions: Analysis of responses to consultation and decision

We have undertaken a qualitative analysis of the responses we received to the consultation on quality and standards conditions which took place between July and September 2021.

In this document we identify and discuss the most significant issues raised in responses to the consultation, whether or not these have led to changes to the proposals we made, and our final decisions relating to the proposals.
