Letter to accountable officers: Regulation during the current phase of the coronavirus pandemic

This letter gives a short update on the actions the Office for Students (OfS) is taking in response to the disruption caused by the coronavirus pandemic and, in particular, the lockdown imposed by government on 5 January.

The letter also sets out actions we are asking providers to take in connection with continued compliance with our existing regulatory requirements.
