Proposed new name for NCH at Northeastern Limited

We consulted on a proposed new name for NCH at Northeastern Limited.

NCH at Northeastern Limited is registered with the OfS and has applied for authorisation to use the term ‘university’ in its name. It wishes to change its name to ‘Northeastern University – London’.

We were seeking views on whether the proposed name is, or has the potential to be, confusing or misleading.
