Regulatory advice 13: How to apply for university college and university title
This regulatory advice sets out guidance for providers of higher education in England that wish to use either ‘university college’ or ‘university’ title as part of their name. It applies to you if you are interested in applying for university college or university title on or after 1 April 2019.
This document is yet to be updated to incorporate the changes to conditions of registration that came into effect on 1 May 2022.
