Student characteristics data: Student outcomes

This report highlights some of the data that can be found in our interactive Student characteristics data: student outcomes dashboards, as well as setting out he definitions and data sources used to create those dashboards. It explores the differences in continuation rates, completion rates, rates of achieving a first or upper-second class degree (attainment rate) and rates of progression into managerial or professional employment, further study or other positive outcomes (progression rate) by various student characteristics.

This release extends the coverage of our Access and participation data dashboard and Student outcomes dashboard, to report on sector-level trends in student characteristics for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, and UK and non-UK domiciled students.
