This report analyses access and participation plans submitted by higher education providers to the Office for Students for the period 2020-21 to 2024-25. It covers those providers – 171 in total – with an approved access and participation plan as of 31 October 2019. It does not give details of individual plans and targets, but looks across all of the plans.

An accompanying technical report sets out the methodology used in the analysis.
